Shipping Policy

All items are handmade and packed with care from our studio in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Processing Time: Orders are shipped within 5–10 business days unless otherwise noted. Custom orders may take longer; you’ll receive an estimated timeline upon ordering.

Shipping Methods: We ship via USPS or UPS, with tracking provided on all domestic orders.

Shipping and tax paid for by purchaser.

International Orders: Please reach out directly for international shipping quotes and timelines.

Once your package leaves our hands, we are not responsible for delays or damages caused by the shipping carrier—but we are always happy to help you track or troubleshoot.

Returns

We want you to love what you receive. If something isn't right, let us know.

Returns: You may return unused, undamaged items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping).

Exchanges: We accept exchanges for items of equal value. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

Custom or Commissioned Work: These pieces are final sale.

Unfortunately, once the product leaves our hands we are not responsible for damages incurred in transit. However, please contact us immediately should your item arrive damaged so I may track it and let the carrier know. I do offer 20% off your next purchase if you choose to replace your item due to shipping damage. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
